Akshina is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Advisory practice. Curious, committed and eager to develop, she approaches her work with a strong interest in understanding both the legal and commercial considerations behind each matter.

Her experience includes corporate and advisory work, with exposure to corporate due diligence, company secretarial matters, tax law, foreign exchange regulation and cross-border investments. Her qualifications in law and business management allow her to consider matters from both a legal and commercial perspective.

Akshina is particularly interested in corporate and regulatory advisory and intends to continue developing her practice in these areas. She values continuous learning and welcomes opportunities to broaden her knowledge, take on new challenges and grow as a legal professional.

Outside of work, Akshina enjoys travelling, reading and watching movies. She values spending time with her family and friends and is always open to trying something new.
