Nihara is an Associate at the firm. She brings experience in company secretarial work, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. She supports the firm primarily on matters related to Corporate Law and M&A, regulatory and compliance and Corporate secretarial. Nihara is also eager to broaden her expertise by gaining exposure to other practice areas within the firm. Following the completion of her LLB, Nihara promptly sat for the Attorneys-at-Law examinations and was admitted to the Bar in 2024.
She is deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development, ensuring she remains aligned with the evolving legal and regulatory landscape. She aspires to become a trusted corporate advisor with commercial insight to offer strategic and value-driven guidance.
Outside of work, Nihara enjoys reading and travelling. She is also an avid movie buff!
